Fuda Tenjin

Fuda Tenjin is the shrine in the north of Chofu Station across the Koshu street.

Today (Nov.4, 1996) several families visited here for Shichigosan, a celebration for children's good health.

Tenjin is Sugawarano, Michizane. He was deified as the god of study since he died. This is the lying ox that is grieving at Michizane's death.
